To change a transaction:

  • If you want to change a transaction, then you must know whether it can be changed or not. If it can be changed, then it is identified by a blue zoom arrow located next to it or if it can’t be changed, then it will show ‘transaction can’t be changed’ and it is identified by a grey zoom arrow located next to it. If it is in lock period, then you have to unlock the period to make a change or sometimes it allows a bit to make changes without unlocking it.

To delete a transaction:

  • First, you have to allow the transaction to delete it. For this, go to setup menu and select preferences and then click on security tab and deselect the ‘Transaction Cant be Changed’ option. Now it will give the permission to delete it. For deleting, find and display the transaction which is on the original transaction window. Then go to the edit menu on the ribbon and choose delete and the transaction will be deleted.
